Crosswire News has no accounts and no ads. The app stores your selected category and your saved stories on your own device. Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability.
If you turn on breaking-news alerts in the iPhone or Android app, we store the push token that Apple or Google assigns to your device. We use it only to send you alerts. It is not linked to your name or any account. Turning alerts off deletes it from our servers, and tokens that are not refreshed are deleted automatically after 60 days. Alerts are delivered through Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Each story links to articles on third-party news sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you open their pages.
When you open the Markets section, a price widget loads from TradingView (tradingview.com). TradingView may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Crosswire News is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
